ABOUT YOUR LUGGAGE

Heightened security measures have been implemented by the FAA that effect the type of baggage that is acceptable on both domestic and international flights. We urge all of our passengers to contact their airline to receive specific information about the changes in baggage regulations.

PRIME TIME SHUTTLE LUGGAGE RULES

PRIME TIME SHUTTLE allows two pieces of checked baggage and two personal-type pieces for each passenger. Checked baggage includes most commercially available luggage and moderate sized boxes.

Maximum size is 62 inches (length + width + height) per piece of luggage. Oversized items in excess of 62 inches but not more than 80 inches count as 2 bags. Personal-type items include purses, briefcases, cameras, food containers, or laptops cases. Prime Time Shuttle limits carry-on bag dimensions to 10 x 16 x 24 inches.

No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. Pets must be transported in a pet carrier. If the pet carrier is small enough to be carried on the passengers lap it will count as a carry-on and may be taken on a shared van. Larger pets in pet carriers will require an exclusive van. Golf bags are counted as two pieces of luggage. Surfboards, body-boards, etc. that are four (4) feet in length or less can be taken on a shared van and count as one piece of luggage. Boards over four (4) feet in length require an exclusive van. Snow skis may be taken on a shared van and each pair counts as a piece of luggage.

If you have more than two (2) pieces of checked luggage per person or multiple large boxes, (over 80 inches) you require an exclusive van to guarantee Prime Time Shuttle can accommodate your reservation. If you have more than the allotted luggage at pickup time, Prime Time Shuttle does not guarantee your reservation can be accommodated, and the reservation cost will remain the responsibility of the passenger. Special cases can usually be accommodated by talking to a Prime Time Shuttle representative at the time of making your reservation, at 1 (800) Red-Vans. Additional cost required.

LOST LUGGAGE

Prime Time Shuttle will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger's presence, and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger's baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.

GOSEDAN AND EXECUTIVE CLASS TOWN CAR BAGGAGE POLICY

GoSedan allows a total of three (3)pieces of checked baggage and a total of (1) carry-on per person for all sedan pickups. Executive town car, and limousine pickups allow a total of four (4) pieces of checked baggage and a total of (1) carry-on per person. A total of five (5) pieces of checked baggage and a total of (1) carry-on per person are allowed for SUV pickups. GoSedan will not accept any baggage beyond these limits. Checked baggage includes most commercially available luggage and moderate sized boxes.

Golf bags are counted as two pieces of luggage.

More than the maximum allowed number of checked bags may require a service upgrade to an exclusive van.

Lost Baggage

GoSedan will not be liable for lost baggage since, baggage is never removed from the passenger's presence, and is stored in the trunk of the vehicle in which the passenger is riding. A passenger's baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.

Children's Luggage

All children who are riding free (children under 2) are permitted to bring 1 carry-on piece of luggage. If additional bags are needed please indicate the number of additional bags when making your reservation.

Additional children's items such as strollers or other non-carry-on type items with dimensions different from standard luggage, may count as 2 bags or require an exclusive shuttle. Feel free to contact us at reservations@primetimeshuttle.com to confirm.
