SuperShuttle Shuts Down

Losing a Good Friend at the Airport

After more than 30 years of picking people up at LAX and other airports SuperShuttle has shut down at the end of 2019. Prime Time and SuperShuttle have worked side by side since the beginning of shared ride shuttles at LAX. Shortly after Prime Time began operations the blue vans began rolling alongside our red ones.

However, due to increased competition and regulation changes those vans will no longer be picking people up at the airport anymore. We have continued to improve our technology and operations to stay up to date. These changes allow us to remain in business while SuperShuttle closes its doors.

Prime Time isn’t Going Anywhere

Even though it saddens us to see this longtime companion of ours shutting down, we are still committed to serving customers who need a ride. To help SuperShuttle customers without a ride, throughout all of 2020, we are offering $5 off on the first ride for all new Prime Time users. Simple use the code SUPERRIDE at checkout to receive $5 off your first ride. This code is good for all our service types from Shared Vans all the way up to Private Luxury SUVs.

You can count on Prime Time picking you up at all Southern California Airports for years to come. This new change leaves Prime Time as the only remaining airport shuttle company at many airports including LAX. As the last remaining true rideshare company at LAX we are committed to providing great service.
