Arriving at the Airport
Los Angeles International Airport - LAX
Upon arriving at LAX, first collect all of your baggage from Baggage Claim. Exit baggage claim, and look for the PRIME TIME Shuttle agent in the familiar red hat and shirt. The PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be located on the outer island under the orange SHARED-RIDE sign.
After you cross to the outer island, the Prime Time agent will call your van, which will be waiting for you in the nearby staging area, to the curb for your immediate boarding.
If you arrive at LAX after 10:00 PM or before 7:00 AM, call 1-800-RED-VANS, toll-free from any public phone, and press Option 3 when you hear the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will then direct you to your van.
Ontario International Airport - ONT
Upon arriving at Ontario International Airport, first collect all of your items from baggage claim. Then please exit the building from the eastern most baggage claim door. If you are facing the exit from inside the baggage claim area, the door to use is the one furthest to the right. Proceed to the Taxi Stand at the East end of the airport. Then call our dispatch department at 1-800-733-8267 and select option 5. Let the dispatcher know you have a reservation with PRIME TIME SHUTTE. The representative will call in your van for your boarding.
Burbank Airport - BUR
Upon arriving at Burbank Airport, first collect all your baggage from Baggage Claim. Exit baggage claim and cross to the second island where you will find the PRIME TIME Shuttle agent wearing a red Prime Time shirt and hat. The PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will call your van, which will be waiting for you in the nearby staging area, to the curb for your immediate boarding. If you arrive at Burbank Airport after 9:30 PM, call 1-800-RED-VANS, toll-free from any public phone, and press Option 3 when you hear the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will then direct you to your van.
Long Beach Airport - LGB
Upon arriving at Long Beach Airport, first collect all your baggage from Baggage Claim. Call 1-800-RED-VANS, toll-free from any public phone, and press Option 3 when you hear the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will then direct you to your van.
Orange County's John Wayne Airport - SNA
Upon arriving at Orange County's John Wayne Airport, first collect all your baggage from Baggage Claim. Then proceed to the third island outside of the terminal. You will go right past the Cab & Courtesy Van pickup to meet with a John Wayne Airport coordinator. The coordinator will be wearing a YELLOW shirt and they will then direct you to your van.
San Diego International Airport / Lindbergh Field - SAN
Upon arriving at San Diego Int'l Airport, first collect all your baggage from Baggage Claim. Exit baggage claim and take the sky bridge or crosswalk over to the ground transportation island. Look for the island with the blue overhead sign that reads "SHUTTLE FOR HIRE." Contact the airport customer service representative. Request SEATOP SHUTTLE (PRIME TIME SHUTTLE'S representative in San Diego) and give your destination location. The Shuttle Coordinator will call your van, which will be waiting for you in the nearby staging area, to the curb for your boarding.
Los Angeles Cruise Ship Terminal
Upon arriving at the Los Angeles Cruise Ship Terminal in LA Harbor, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-RED-VANS and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.
Los Angeles Union Station - Amtrak
Upon arriving at Union Station in Downtown Los Angeles, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-RED-VANS and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.
Los Angeles Greyhound Terminal
Upon arriving at the Greyhound Bus Terminal in Downtown Los Angeles, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-RED-VANS and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.
Catalina Express - San Pedro Terminal
Upon arriving at the Catalina Express Terminal in San Pedro, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-RED-VANS and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.
Catalina Express - Long Beach - Queen Mary Terminal
Upon arriving at the Catalina Express Terminal at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, call toll-free from any public telephone, 1-800-RED-VANS and press Option 3 at the greeting. A PRIME TIME Shuttle agent will be right with you with instructions on where to meet your van.
Catalina Express - Downtown Long Beach - Golden Shore Terminal
