    PRIME TIME is looking for contract-to-hire, part-time Customer Success Associates to join our Operations Team. Our Customers are the heart of our organization; it is our top priority that their needs are met at all times.     This role consists of communicating with all of our riders across multiple platforms including live chat, email, phone calls, and social media. A portion of this role also consists of tracking and analyzing customer feedback to ensure service needs and product updates are in tune with demand.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and maintain all aspects of the COO's schedule
    • Prepare information for executive staff meetings and Board of Director meetings

    We are looking for a fearless salesperson to convert our abundant online leads, as well as make outbound calls to grow the Charter service and bring in revenue. You will work alongside a team of fun and hardworking Charter Sales Specialists as we expand to 5 new markets in the next 18 months!

    What You'll Do

    • Own and manage a pipeline of clients
