  • Customer Service Associates

    PRIME TIME is looking for contract-to-hire, part-time Customer Success Associates to join our Operations Team. Our Customers are the heart of our organization; it is our top priority that their needs are met at all times. If you are passionate, tech-savvy, enthusiastic, pro-active, and empathetic – we want to meet you!

    This role consists of communicating with all of our riders across multiple platforms including live chat, email, phone calls, and social media. A portion of this role also consists of tracking and analyzing customer feedback to ensure service needs and product updates are in tune with demand.

  • Dispatch Associates

    Dispatch plays a vital role in aiding out driver delivering service to our customer. The Associate will interface with curbside coordinator and drivers to make sure the service is operating as expected, involving everything from supply planning (drivers, vehicles) to demand forecasting.

You will help hire up and manage our PRIME TIME driver team, ensure our routing is efficient, and help keep our day-to-day operations as smooth and cost-effective as possible.

  • Office Manager & Executive Assistant to COO

    We are seeking an incredibly organized Office Manager and Executive Assistant to assist with helping run our growing office in Hawthorne, CA and wear a number of hats assisting the company's C0O from recruiting to relations with PRIME TIME's new Urban Mobility Strategy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and maintain all aspects of the COO's schedule
    • Prepare information for executive staff meetings and Board of Director meetings
    • Coordinate, plan, and schedule travel as well as company related events with minimal direction
    • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions
    • Take the lead with an office move upcoming this Fall
    • Creatively think of ways to reduce company spending and improve efficiency
    • Take initiative and offer assistance where needed; adding value whenever possible

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Some experience supporting senior executives

  • Charter Sales

    PRIME TIME CHARTERS - a new product line recently launched - provides customers the ability to reserve PRIME TIME'S-passenger vans for trips to wine country, weddings, concerts, and a variety of other uses. Increasingly, PRIME TIME is working with corporate customers in the Bay Area for retreats and parties, charity functions, and work trips.

    We are looking for a fearless salesperson to convert our abundant online leads, as well as make outbound calls to grow the Charter service and bring in revenue. You will work alongside a team of fun and hardworking Charter Sales Specialists as we expand to 5 new markets in the next 18 months!

    What You'll Do

    • Own and manage a pipeline of clients
    • Consult, strategize, and successfully sell the PT Charter experience
    • Engage with event organizers and providers (e.g. Malibu Wine Tour, LA Rams,) to sell Charter services
    • Excellent email correspondence and phone sales communication
    • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

    PRIME TIME is building the world’s best - commuting option in the next three years. Sound exciting? We're looking for a Enterprise Sales Lead to continue the company's growth in the Los Angeles market.

    This role requires a high degree of talent, guts and hustle. PRIME TIME is looking for a sales-oriented person who knows the landscape of Los Angeles well and can pitch and close the company's enterprise commuting offering for employees within a few weeks of contact. You will have help sourcing new B2B leads, develop marketing materials and pitch decks, and post-sale customer success management.

    HOW YOU WIN

    • Identify new ways to present the PRIME TIME experience to new enterprise clients
    • Achieve monthly sales goals
    • Build sales pitches and route options using PRIME TIME's proprietary mapping tools and models

  • Brand Ambassador Manager

    The Brand Ambassador Manager would be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, deploying and actively managing the production of a large team of Brand Ambassadors ("BA's"). PRIME TIME will deployed BA's throughout the city, at bus stops, venues with large amounts of people, and other locations where potential PRIME TIME users can be approached with flyers or other marketing material. Tools like personal promo codes are used to measure the effectiveness of BA's for follow-up training.

    Your day-to-day

    • Develop a recruiting machine that can produce a meaningful number of candidates to your funnel
    • Produce a training and deployment program to turnaround new hires into top-producing Brand Ambassadors
    • Develop leaders to serve as your lieutenants in the field and drive better results
    • Identify high-traffic locations in the city, including one-off events to deploy your teammates

  • Content Strategist

    PRIME TIME is seeking a full time Content Strategist to join our team. Working with the Marketing Manager, you’ll create the content strategy for the PRIME TIME brand. Increase social media, rider outreach, and other relevant channels. We’re a fun and hard-working group looking for a creative mind to help build the brand voice at a fast-growing, startup.

    Your day-to-day

    • Collaborate with cross functional teams(Sales, Product, Operations) to develop content strategies for various platforms
    • Develop all email, blog, in app and social copy while staying true to PRIME TIME'S brand voice and guidelines
    • Identify new opportunities to use content to engage with our audience and reach new riders
    • Maintain consistency with content standards across all PRIME TIME'S products (Charters, Commuters, Enterprise, Events)
    • Own Chariots editorial calendar & email content
    • Ability to write copy for B2C and B2B audiences

    What it takes to win

    • 5+ years developing content for web and mobile experiences
    • Strong understanding of social media and is place within the marketing strategies of the business

  • Marketing Intern

    PRIME TIME is seeking a part-time marketing intern to join our team . Working with the Director of Marketing, you’ll help shape our brand voice through social media, customer outreach, and other relevant channels. We’re a fun and hard-working group looking for an enthusiastic individual who is serious about getting some real experience at a fast-growing, venture-funded startup

    • Help manage PRIME TIME social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Nextdoor)
    • Write customer messages (email and in-app)
    • Help plan and execute events to increase brand awareness
    • Come up with creative ways to engage our riders (e.g. partnerships, giveaways, etc.)
  • Brand Ambassador

    You will hit the streets and be the face behind our brand. We are seeking an energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassador to spread the word about PRIME TIME. This position is based in different areas of Los Angeles.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Meet and greet prospective customers
    • Actively acquire new riders and guide them to download Chariot's mobile app
