- 10 year driver record H6 (you can get this from any DMV)
- Passenger driving experience
- LLC licensing
Vehicle Requirements
- Branded Prime Time decals on exterior
- Service decals in the interior
- Vehicle must be registered and insured in the state of California
- Driver's full legal name must be listed on the vehicle insurance
