LAX-it Rideshare Instructions
Starting October 29, 2019 all rideshare passengers leaving LAX airport will be using the new LAX-it
lot. This lot is being serviced by our partner Opoli
. If you have booked a shared-ride from LAX your vehicle will be waiting in the new LAX-it lot. There are two ways to get to the new lot which is located just outside Terminal 1. Your first option is to walk which will take anywhere from 3 to 19 minutes depending on the terminal you are arriving at. The other option is to take the free LAX-it shuttle which will take anywhere from 8-15 minutes. Head over to our partner Opoli’s LAX-it page

LAX Arrival Instructions
Exit the double doors outside of the Baggage Claim Area.
Go to the White Curb which is the loading and unloading Passenger area.
At this time, if you have not received a phone call from us, please call our Dispatch Department at 1-800-733-8267 and select option 3 or our Vehicle Status Line at 1-310-464-0372.
Provide the Dispatch Agent with your reservation number. The agent will check you in and provide the latest information regarding your reservation.
